After years inside Fortune 100 companies and small businesses, Brianna and Ben Jagim saw the same pattern repeat: teams trained on content that didn’t match their actual gaps, measured rarely, and left to figure out the human side of performance on their own.

Brianna is a certified Challenger Sales professional, OMG-certified partner, and former National Training Manager at AbbVie , one of the world’s top pharmaceutical companies , where she built the regional sales training function from the ground up.
During her tenure, Brianna developed and delivered training programs serving 450+ sales professionals annually, achieving a 92% retention rate and 60%+ stakeholder promoter scores. She holds a Master’s degree in adult learning and has 4+ years of Fortune 100 L&D experience spanning instructional design, executive facilitation, and competency-based curriculum development.
Her background in performance arts and music education informs a training methodology that is both evidence-based and genuinely engaging. Brianna knows that how people learn matters as much as what they learn, and she designs every experience accordingly.
She is a nationally recognized speaker, former Miss Minnesota, and Miss America talent competition winner. She brings the same precision and performance standard to every client engagement.
Ben Jagim: Co-founder & business development

Ben brings a rare combination of international affairs expertise, small business acumen, and interpersonal skills mastery to Soul Like Fire.
He holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Intelligence from Texas A&M University and has over a decade of experience in account management, small business development, and high-stakes negotiation. His work with the U.S. State Department and time teaching and consulting in China gave him a fluency in cross-cultural communication that translates directly into sales team coaching. Particularly around influence, trust-building, and navigating complex buyer dynamics.
Ben’s facilitation style is direct, practical, and grounded in real-world application. He specializes in the interpersonal mechanics of selling: how people communicate under pressure, how to read a room, and how to build the kind of credibility that turns prospects into long-term clients.
As President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Highland Park/Highwood and an active member of multiple chambers of commerce, Ben is deeply embedded in the Chicago North Shore business community. The same community many of Soul Like Fire’s clients call home.
